1. The filtering equipment uses the internal mechanical structure which adopts the patented technology
to realize the true back-flushing function, and completely remove the impurities intercepted by the mesh, and clean the mesh with no dead angle and no pollution, and ensure the filtration efficiency and long service life;
2. The highest filtration precision is up to 5—500 microns;
3. The filtering equipment completes the automatic back-flush through its own retrieval and strain function, to cope with unstable fluctuations in water quality without manual intervention;
4. The back-flush pressure difference and setting value of cleaning time can be adjusted according to different water sources and filtration precision;
5. Back-flush and sewage discharge should be continuous and does not affect the pressure at outlet, and smaller amount of sewage;
6. The back-flush cycle is short.

A3 : Qingdao crowns has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow
up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully
before shipment.
Q4 : Will you offer the pre-sales service?

also water electrical,machine layout in factory, etc.
Q5 : What about the after-service? Will you send your engineer to my country to help commission and install the
machine?

Q6 : What is the delivery time of the machine?
A6 : Actually, the delivery time of the machines is depended on the machine options. Normally, the delivery
time of standard machine could be within 10-30 days

A7 : The whole machine’s warranty period is 12 months and key parts will be depended.
